Description de la mission
The CXA Coordinator will work under the direct management of the Customer Experience Academy Director based in Paris and under the local supervision at the Lacoste Hong Kong HQ. Their mission is to contribute to the development of global learning programs, help with their local roll-out in Asia and facilitate the interactions between the global Customer Experience Academy team and the Asian subsidiaries and partners: communication, exchange of best practices, help in local adaptation and roll-out, needs assessments, ensuring an overall more efficient collaboration.
Contribution to Global CXA developments
- Create on & offline training content - Mobile Learning courses, Product Memos, Morning Brief Activities… - on new Collections, Brand Collabs, Product Categories…, and dedicated to Retail associates
- Communicate to Retail associates about the latest news of the brand, through our in-house Mobile Learning App
Local contribution to training needs
- Support Asian subsidiaries and partners in the roll-out of the global Training App
- Follow up on the usage of the Training App and Sales Advisors’ engagement
- Support the roll-out of the in-class trainings in the region
- Create & conduct punctual in-person or online training sessions to stores associates across retail and wholesale channels
- Be a privileged point of contact for South-East Asian markets for all topics related to training
- Create partnerships and strong professional interactions with internal contacts in each market to help the development of the Customer Experience Academy
Other Local Projects
- Manage Customer Experience projects, regional mystery shopper program
Profil
Profile:
- Young Graduate with a specialized Master in Marketing, Educational or Digital
- Fluent in French and English.
- Chinese language skills is a plus
- First experience in either Retail, Operational Marketing, Digital Marketing or Internal Communication, will be very much appreciated
- Project Management oriented, with strong organization and persuasion skills
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Interest and skilled in digital training tools
- Flexible, adaptable, hands-on
- Self-motivated, ability to work autonomously
- Curiosity towards Fashion, Style, Culture and Communication

Part of the Global HR team, the Customer Experience Academy aims at developing the skills of our Retail employees worldwide and equipping them to deliver a premium and memorable client experience. The CXA designs, creates and rolls out training programs and assets dedicated to the global sales field population, leveraging various learning tools and formats: mobile learning courses, social learning, in-store activities, in-class training, virtual reality experiences...
In order to support the development of global learning programs, and accompany Asian markets in local roll-out, we are looking for a Customer Experience Academy Coordinator based in Hong Kong for a period of 24 months, under a V.I.E contract.
