Job description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting Package

  • Monitor monthly closing progress and provide value added comments on any deviations
  • Update monthly management reports on timely basis
  • Prepare annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast, including full P&L, Balance sheet and cashflow statement
  • Conduct analysis about profitability from different perspective
  • Find solution to better simulate monthly margin and result
  • Work closely with business heads to better manage related expense to deliver the budget result
  • Monitor closely the working capital and cash flow status

Business Partnership

  • Develop new reports/ dashboard to improve business insights
  • Analyze and control expenditure on rental, freight and other cost
  • Reinforce internal control process
  • Organize Yearly Stocktaking

Project Management

  • Lead project planning sessions
  • Develop and trace project budget
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources
  • Ensure project meet deadline
  • Achieve project goal

Leadership

  • Build up, coach and train the team
  • Boost lifelong learning organization culture
  • Motivate team
  • Ensure continuous improvement

Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting / finance
  • Qualified Accountant with HKICPA or ACCA
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent English as well as Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office: Excel and Power-point, Power BI, familiar with SAP and Hyperion/HFM
  • Well-organized, number-sensitive, result-oriented
  • Capable of working under pressure and with tight timeline
  • 5-8 years working experience in financial analysis or costing area
  • Immediately available is preferred
